Day 1. (But not really.)

 So today I DID go on a walk. An hour or so. All up, 10,000 steps.


I reckon that’s about 500 calories, but MFP disagrees (only updated daily goal by a couple of hundred).

I ate a bit extra... but did I really?


Had leftover homemade Thai red prawn curry for breakfast. Tony bit of quinoa. Throughout the day, 2 cups of tea (with honey), two miso soup sachets, the porcini + truffle wellness bowl. The rest of the curry. Yoghurt. 3 (or 2.5) weetbix and milk. Honey.


Came out as ~1700 calories. With 500 exercise, that’s 1200, which explains why I’m still hungry ;p

But MFP has it logged as
